So the website was meant not only to inform, but to actively ease the load on the practice’s day-to-day running while reflecting its calm, caring atmosphere.

What it became
The website presents services, opening hours and frequently asked questions clearly and steers patients towards booking appointments online. This cuts down on phone calls and keeps things calm instead of crowding the waiting room. Design and imagery pick up the atmosphere of the practice: natural materials, calm colours, a clear structure.
