Let’s talk about your project

15 minutes on your brand, your goals and how to get there. Free, no obligation and on equal terms.

What to expect

An honest conversation, not a sales pitch

  • 15 minutes, no obligation

Free and with no commitment. Not a sales call, but an open, honest conversation.

  • An honest assessment

We’ll tell you openly whether and how we can help, even if the answer is sometimes no.

  • Concrete next steps

You come away with a clear idea of how things could move forward, with or without us.

  • No pressure, no waffle

No sales tactics, no hidden costs. A calm conversation about your goals.

How it works

Three steps to your call

  1. Describe it briefly

You tell us in a few sentences what it’s about and where you currently stand.

  2. We get in touch

Within 1 to 2 working days we find a time that suits you.

  3. 15 minutes of clarity

On the call you get an honest assessment and concrete next steps.

Arrange a strategy call

The more clearly you describe your plans, the better we can judge whether and how we can help. We’ll get back to you within 1 to 2 working days.

Frequently asked questions

FAQs about Apollo

What does working together look like in practice?

We use Factro, so there’s one central place for tasks, feedback, files and deadlines. No email chaos, no back and forth. Everything stays organised and easy to follow.

How much does a project with you cost?

That depends on the scope. We don’t charge by the hour but by the value and complexity of the project. Working with us isn’t about the cheapest solution. It’s about a result that’s built to last and reliably works for you.

Do you take on every project?

We’re a small agency and deliberately work only on selected projects where we feel we can really help. It matters to us that values, expectations and ways of working are a good match.

How long does a project take?

Usually 4 to 12 weeks, depending on scope, feedback rounds and technical requirements. We plan realistically, work in a structured way and meet deadlines. After that, we support most projects with ongoing maintenance, optimisation and marketing.

Do I need finished content (text, images) first?

No. Many people come to us precisely because they aren’t clear about their content yet. We help you with structure, copy, imagery and messaging, and we have a large network of people who can step in where content is missing.

Do you write the copy too?

Yes, and we love doing it. Copywriting is a core part of our process, because words and structure belong together and have a huge effect on your conversion rate. Most people think design is what makes a website successful, but studies show that a clear structure and good copy matter far more.

What technology do you build with?

We don’t tie ourselves to a single system. We choose the right technology for each project. For most websites we build with Astro, Tailwind and version control via GitHub: fast, secure, free of plugin maintenance headaches and, thanks to how we set things up, easy to keep updating with AI. Where WordPress is the better choice, we work with Automatic CSS and Etch, and for more demanding, dynamic applications we use whatever fits best. We continue to look after and migrate existing WordPress websites.

What happens if I need changes to my website later?

Whatever suits you best. The easiest option is a maintenance contract: you drop us a quick line, we make the change and it costs you no effort at all. If you’d rather do it yourself, you can edit content directly in the CMS.

We’re also working on our Apollo Portal, where you’ll soon be able to change content simply by chatting, safely and without any technical knowledge.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. We work remotely with clients worldwide, but we’re happy to meet in person for regional projects. We don’t have an office of our own (yet).

Do you take on small projects too?

Sometimes, yes, if they’re clearly defined and we can see that we’ll add real value. Size isn’t what matters to us. What matters is that we’re a good fit.

How do you decide whether a project is right for you?

We look for realistic goals, a respectful working relationship, a willingness to think strategically together and project goals that are meaningful.
