Mediation Barnim supports parties in conflict in and around Eberswalde: couples and families as well as teams in companies or communities such as clubs and associations, nurseries and neighbourhoods. The guiding idea: conflict is not a flaw, but an opportunity for growth between people.

Where the project began
People looking for mediation are usually in a tense situation. So above all, the website had to do one thing: build trust and explain the process clearly, without legalese and without consultant-speak. At the same time, the three audiences (individuals, companies and communities) each needed to see their own concerns reflected.

What it became
The website explains in calm, clear language what mediation achieves and how the process works. The services are organised by area of life, so every audience finds its way in. A personal about section and direct contact options make the first step easier.
