Kulturhanse
Kulturhanse is a network of start-up labs in eastern Germany that creates spaces for community-minded business, culture and engagement beyond the big cities. Six regional labs, including AngerWERK, share knowledge and together strengthen a lively start-up culture in the rural east.

Where the project began
A network with several locations, academy programmes, transfer formats and publications needs a website that organises this variety instead of just listing it. The different areas, from the lab network and workshop programmes to documented practical know-how, had to be structured so that founders, initiatives and partners can find their way quickly.
Approach & result
What it became
The website brings together the network, academy, transfer and publications in clearly separate areas and introduces the six labs with their profiles. Ready-to-use formats such as the start-up course and the social hackathon make the network’s experience accessible, and publications document the learning processes. A distributed network became one coherent online presence with a clear structure.
